The market report covered a forecast period of 2022 to 2031.Going into the forecast period, the market was priced at $2,328.5 million in 2021.

During the period, the dental radiography sector is expected to grow based on increased rates of oral disease and oral cancer. Also adding to the market’s growth, the technology across the dental radiography systems continues to advance, leading to wider adoption and thereby greater expenditure in the market. 

As imaging systems have improved, practitioners are increasingly able to view the entire mouth and to visualize the anatomy of the maxilla, mandible, teeth, and soft tissue. This advancement in the field of view has implications in diagnostics and management of disease.
