Freehand vs. guided: from start to finish - 2023 AAID Central District Meeting


The American Academy of Implant Dentistry Central District will host "Freehand vs. Guided: From Start To Finish," June 9 to 11 in Chicago, Illinois. The program will cover the many challenges with free-hand and guided surgery in patients with inadequate bone.

Course offerings include:

  • Post-op Soft Diet Recommendations to Prevent Surgical and Prosthetic Complications
  • When a Guide is the Wrong Choice
  • Maximizing the Benefits of Guided Surgery
  • To FIX or NOT to FIX: Utilizing Overdenture Treatment Modality in a World of Fixed Prosthetics

On Sunday, June 11, half-day workshops are sponsored by ACTEON North America, ProSmiles Apex, BioHorizons and SpringRay.  

Attendees can earn up to 16 CE hours throughout the conference.
