OSO, Smile Partners wins equity investment

OSO, or DSO serving orthodontics, Smile Doctors, has received a revenue infusion after Thomas H. Lee Partners, LP, a private equity firm, provided a strategic investment. Linden Capital Partners will also be an equal partner with THL. The funding will allow Smile Doctors to expand its company.

As part of the financing, orthodontists affiliated with Smile Doctors, will continue to maintain ownership stake. Smile Doctors currently has 295 locations in 25 states.
