The growth is expected to boost the market to a value of more than $3.4 billion by 2030, according to the company’s report on the topic. 

Growth in the glass ionomer cement market is expected based on factors impacting dentistry, which will lead to increased demand. The cement is biocompatible and bonds well to dentition, and remains strong despite moisture, therefore making it likely to be used frequently as the number of dental procedures continues to increase.
