Patterson Companies Announces Dental Leadership Appointment

Patterson Companies Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO) announced the appointment of Kristin Dietzler as Patterson Dental’s North American president. Dietzler brings extensive expertise from adjacent healthcare companies, with a proven track record of success in optimizing results. She will report to Kevin Pohlman, chief operating officer of Patterson Companies, and she will be a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Dietzler joins Patterson Dental with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare services and supplies, most recently serving as president of Carestream Health’s Americas Region, which included the United States, Canada, and Latin America markets. In that role, Dietzler was responsible for the sales, marketing, and service organization, achieving significant growth in sales and new product launches in her first year, and consistently meeting overall organizational growth goals annually.

Kristin Dietzler Biography

Prior to her role at Carestream, Dietzler was general manager and global commercial lead at Medtronic. She also served as vice president and general manager at Covidien, where she led the North American team, including a large direct sales organization, indirect channels, national accounts, and marketing teams.

Dietzler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in marketing and management, from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She currently serves on the board of directors for Piccolo Medical, has served on the board of directors for the New Hope Foundation, and has held leadership positions on multiple corporate committees supporting diversity and inclusion.
