NDX continues expansion, purchases Fager

Florida based National Dentex Labs, maker of prosthetics and restorative dentistry products, has acquired Fager Dental Lab of Pennsylvania. NDX has acquired labs of late in an effort to expand its reach nationwide.

Acquisition of Fager adds a company which specializes in CAD or CAM digitally created and complex dental restoration products, including bridges, crowns, and implants. The purchase of Fager is in line with NDX’s overall effort to increase its network of labs and expertise in dental products in order to provide innovative and specialty products to dentists and DSOs. Details of the acquisition deal were not disclosed.

NDX is currently the largest dental lab network and employs more than 4000 professionals in dentistry.
