NDX purchases dental group

Company which is a network of dental labs, National Dentex Labs, has acquired Dental Arts of West Virginia. The purchase comes as part of an effort to grow NDX’s footprint nationally and to invest in the personnel and advancements needed to excel in dental care, DSOs, and to aid dental care professionals. 

Following acquisition, the owners of Dental Arts shared the company will continue to manage the needs of dentists.  “As a growing company, we know the importance of maintaining strong local relationships and offering superior customer service to every dentist in every market,” said Tom Daulton, chief executive officer of NDX. “Our scale allows our local dental labs to have access to the latest, most innovative restorative dental solutions on the market today. NDX dental labs specialize in dental prosthetics and restorative services, and has sought to expand its reach in the United States since 2015. NDX has more than 4,000 employees and provides solutions for dentists, dental professionals, and DSOs nationally.
