NDX acquires Swan Lab

Dental prosthetic and restorative product lab network, National Dentex Labs, has acquired Swan Dental Lab, a facility based in Brunswick, Ohio. 

"Swan exemplifies the traits we value most in a partner as we continue to build NDX's industry leading position and commitment to best-in-class technology and cost-effective solutions," said Tom Daulton, chief executive officer of NDX.

As part of the sale, Swan will combine with an NDX Salem location, including 30 current employees at both locations. The combined facility will be called NDX Cleveland.

Swan Dental Lab is recognized for its high-quality dental restorations created by technicians. Swan also provides an array of products and case planning management.

"Joining forces with NDX is a win-win. Combining our teams will allow us to serve more dentists and serve them better," said Martin Switalski, owner and operator of Swan, who will take on a role with NDX as a customer relationship manager.
