Xtant Medical, BioHorizons Expand Allogeneic Growth Factors

Partnership leverages BioHorizons’ commercial network to broaden availability of Xtant’s allogeneic growth factor technology, OsteoFactor Pro™, which BioHorizons will private brand as Prolifica™

Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: XTNT ), a global medical technology company focused on surgical solutions for the treatment of spinal, orthopedic, and wound care disorders, announced an exclusive partnership with BioHorizons (a Henry Schein , Inc. company), whereby BioHorizons will distribute Xtant’s allogeneic growth factor technology under the private brand Prolifica™ through its commercial network.

The agreement establishes BioHorizons as the exclusive distributor of Xtant’s allogeneic growth factor technology into the dental and oral-maxillofacial procedure markets in the United States and Canada, expanding access to the advanced allograft technology for clinicians served by the BioHorizons commercial organization. The partnership reflects a long-term strategic relationship between the two companies, combining Xtant’s regenerative medicine development and manufacturing capabilities with BioHorizons’ established commercial reach and customer relationships. Sean Browne, President and CEO of Xtant Medical, stated, “This exclusive partnership brings together Xtant’s expertise in regenerative biologics with BioHorizons’ trusted commercial organization, positioning both companies to deliver meaningful value to clinicians and the patients they serve. We look forward to a productive, long-standing collaboration.”

Steve Boggan, President and CEO of BioHorizons, stated, “Prolifica™ is a strong complement to our regenerative portfolio, and this partnership allows us to bring advanced allogeneic growth factors to more of the clinicians who rely on us. We look forward to a long-term collaboration that benefits both organizations and, most importantly, the patients we collectively serve.”

Prolifica™ is a naturally occurring blend of allogeneic growth factors, stabilized by native human collagen and delivered in their intrinsic structure, concentration, and composition. Processed to preserve the natural biphasic release of proteins, this advanced allograft supports bone healing and regeneration across a range of clinical applications.

Prolifica™ is now accessible to clinicians through BioHorizons’ commercial network.
