Alliance pairs RipeGlobal’s Clinical Performance Platform with Clear Aligner Advisor’s brand-agnostic clear aligner adoption model.

RipeGlobal, which is building the Clinical Performance Platform for healthcare, and Clear Aligner Advisor, the clear aligner adoption company founded by Dr. Avi Patel, today announced a strategic alliance to help dentists and dental groups turn training into results in the operatory. RipeGlobal will lead restorative and implant training, backed by its Master of Case Acceptance program. Clear Aligner Advisor will lead clear aligner adoption. Both companies measure success by chairside results and patient outcomes, not seat time or credit hours.

The alliance targets gaps that hold dentists and dental service organizations (DSOs) back. Many dentists carry clinical skills gaps into practice, and many sound treatment plans never become accepted care because the patient conversation breaks down. Clear Aligner Advisor estimates that more than 75% of DSO patients qualify for aligner treatment, but far fewer are diagnosed because many general practitioners (GPs) lack the confidence to offer it. Burnout raises the stakes: GoTu’s 2026 State of Work Report, a survey of 7,914 U.S. dental professionals, found that 54.1% report burnout and that 49.3% of those experiencing burnout have considered leaving the field.

Starting today, DSOs can cover restorative, implant, and clear aligner training through one alliance, with RipeGlobal and Clear Aligner Advisor each leading in their respective specialties.

RipeGlobal’s Clinical Performance Platform combines AI-connected hands-on skills training on SurgiSim simulation hardware, the DrLrn.ai Procedure Learning Platform, and MOCA (Master of Case Acceptance) whole-team coaching. Results are measured in billings per hour, benchmarked before training and remeasured afterward. DSOs using RipeGlobal increase dentists’ average billing hours by 22%–35%.

Clear Aligner Advisor helps dentists and dental groups adopt clear aligners and make them a lasting part of care. It works with every major aligner brand and never ties a dentist or group to one.
