EPIEN Medical and Elevate Oral Care Announce Exclusive Direct Distribution of HYBENX to Dental Professionals

Elevate expects to begin shipping HYBENX in late April of 2026.

Elevate Oral Care, a leader in prevention focused dental products, recently announced a partnership with EPIEN Medical to bring HYBENX Advanced Dental Debridement to dental professionals through Elevate’s direct distribution model. Elevate expects to begin shipping HYBENX in late April of 2026.

Currently available through traditional dental distribution channels, HYBENX has established a strong reputation for making debridement faster, more efficient, and more comfortable for patients through antibiotic-free desiccation and removal of contaminated biofilm. Through this new partnership, Elevate Oral Care will soon serve as the exclusive United States distributor, allowing for a more streamlined, education-driven, and clinically supported experience for dental practices.

“We are thrilled to partner with EPIEN Medical to expand access for HYBENX while elevating the way it is supported and delivered to the dental community,” said Kevin Thomas, co-president of Elevate Oral Care, in a prerss release. “By transitioning to direct distribution, we can provide deeper education, stronger clinical resources, and a more hands-on partnership with dental professionals, something that simply isn’t possible through traditional distribution models.”

This US exclusive relationship enables Elevate Oral Care to offer comprehensive clinical education, dedicated customer support, implementation guidance, and integrated marketing resources designed to help practices confidently adopt and maximize the value of HYBENX. Clinicians will also benefit from direct access to Elevate’s experienced team and its growing portfolio of complementary prevention-focused solutions.

“EPIEN Medical is excited to work with Elevate Oral Care as the exclusive US distributor of HYBENX,” added Reg Dupre, chairman and CEO of EPIEN Medical. “Elevate’s commitment to education, innovation, and prevention aligns perfectly with our mission, and we believe this partnership will enhance the overall experience for clinicians and their patients.”

HYBENX is an adjunctive nonsurgical periodontal treatment. It is an antibiotic-free dental cleanser that rapidly disrupts and removes contaminated biofilm through desiccation. By destroying harmful contaminated debris on contact, the treatment is great for patients with bleeding upon probing and plaque present, with periodontal pockets, and with calculus or tartar.
