Delta Dental Awards Idaho Oral Health Grants

Funding supports expanded access to dental care, prevention programs, and clinic capacity across Idaho.

Delta Dental of Idaho has awarded more than $77,000 in Spring 2026 Oral Health Grants to four Idaho organizations working to expand access to care, strengthen the dental workforce, and improve oral health outcomes in underserved communities across the state.

The Oral Health Grant Program supports initiatives focused on prevention, education, treatment, workforce development, and access to care, with priority given to rural communities and dental health professional shortage areas.

“Oral health is essential to overall health, yet many Idahoans continue to face barriers to receiving timely dental care,” said Heather Brown, Senior Director of Oral Health and Community Outreach at Delta Dental of Idaho. “These grants help community organizations expand services, increase capacity, and deliver preventive care where it is needed most.”

These grants reflect Delta Dental of Idaho’s commitment to improving oral health statewide by supporting organizations that increase access to care, strengthen community resources, and help Idahoans achieve better health through prevention and treatment.
