Menlo Dental Transitions announced recently that David Haynes, MBA, has been promoted to Market Leader of Dental Practice Sales in Arizona. Haynes joined Menlo Dental Transitions in 2021 to help the Arizona-based company expand its services into other states and has proven himself through his commitment to clients, professionalism, and high production rate.
Since joining Menlo Dental Transitions, Haynes has successfully represented doctors selling to both individual buyers and dental service organizations, with a commitment to achieving each seller’s individual goals and maximizing the value of every practice he represents.
Haynes brings a strong background in finance, lending, and business ownership to his role. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in Idaho and later completed an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Menlo Dental Transitions, Haynes built a successful career in banking and dental lending, being recognized in 2020 as the nation’s highest-producing dental lender at First Citizens Bank. His experience as a bank analyst, combined with years of advising dental professionals, guides each transaction with clarity and structure.
“Helping dentists navigate one of the most important decisions of their careers is something I take very seriously,” Haynes said. “I’m grateful for the trust our clients place in us, and I’m proud to continue leading dental practice transitions across Arizona as part of the Menlo Dental Transitions team.”
Haynes’ relationship with Menlo Dental Transitions began prior to joining the firm, as he worked extensively with mutual clients as a banker. He was drawn to the firm’s high transition success rate and disciplined, detail-oriented approach to serving dental practices.
“David’s promotion to Market Leader is well deserved,” said Mitch Lamb, MBA, CEO of Menlo Dental Transitions. “His professionalism, consistency, and ability to align each transaction with a doctor’s goals have made a meaningful impact on our clients and our growth in Arizona and beyond.”
