Young Innovations Strengthens North American Leadership Team

Young Innovations, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of dental supplies and equipment, is pleased to announce two significant additions to its North American leadership team as part of its continued commitment to growth, innovation, and customer partnership.

Effective immediately, Amy Slipcheck has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, North American Dealer, and will be responsible for aligning and driving sales efforts related to Young’s dealer partners and special markets customers under a unified vision for long-term success. In her expanded role, Amy will lead strategic growth initiatives with a focus on enhancing relationships and optimizing partnerships to drive win-win outcomes, while continuing to collaborate closely with her key counterparts in Young’s other business segments.

Additionally, Young Innovations is excited to welcome Matt McDonnell as Vice President of Marketing and Digital Engagement. In this newly created role, Matt will primarily focus his time spearheading the company’s North American dealer, special markets, and specialty direct marketing efforts to drive innovative strategies, optimize Young’s brands, and build creative, impactful campaigns that resonate with customers. He will also leverage cutting-edge digital tools to enhance performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

“Both Amy and Matt bring extraordinary talent and vision to our leadership team at a time when we are positioning for accelerated growth,” said Kenneth Serota, CEO of Young Innovations. “Amy’s proven customer success and deep industry knowledge make her the ideal choice to lead our sales strategy. Matt’s background in digital marketing and branding brings new energy to how we tell our story in the market. Together, they strengthen our ability to deliver the value, innovation, and trusted partnership that our customers expect.”

This expanded leadership team marks a pivotal moment in Young’s commercial evolution and reinforces its focus on advancing the dental industry through strategic growth and customer-focused initiatives.
