Effective immediately, Amy Slipcheck has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, North American Dealer, and will be responsible for aligning and driving sales efforts related to Young’s dealer partners and special markets customers under a unified vision for long-term success. In her expanded role, Amy will lead strategic growth initiatives with a focus on enhancing relationships and optimizing partnerships to drive win-win outcomes, while continuing to collaborate closely with her key counterparts in Young’s other business segments.
Additionally, Young Innovations is excited to welcome Matt McDonnell as Vice President of Marketing and Digital Engagement. In this newly created role, Matt will primarily focus his time spearheading the company’s North American dealer, special markets, and specialty direct marketing efforts to drive innovative strategies, optimize Young’s brands, and build creative, impactful campaigns that resonate with customers. He will also leverage cutting-edge digital tools to enhance performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
