Dr. Jennifer Rottenberg, a board-certified pediatric dentist, is dedicated to providing individualized care with a focus on prevention and creating positive dental experiences for children. Raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Rottenberg earned her dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She further specialized in pediatric dentistry at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
During her residency, Dr. Rottenberg collaborated with dietitians to develop dietary recommendations for oral health, showcasing her dedication to holistic and preventive care. With her warm, engaging approach, she aims to make every dental visit both fun and educational.

Dr. Francis Morgan grew up in Maryland, discovering his passion for pediatric dentistry early on. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Morgan completed his pediatric dental residency at Howard University, where he focused on making dental visits stress-free and enjoyable for children.
Known for his innovative and entertaining approach—offering Disney sing-alongs and storytelling about “sugar bugs”—Dr. Morgan ensures that every child leaves with a smile and a positive dental experience. His commitment to patient education and family engagement empowers children and parents alike.
