The additions of Gusto, Mango Voice, and Marea give dental practices an easier path to running payroll, managing patient calls, and automating clinical documentation, all alongside the software they already use to manage their day-to-day operations.
DentiMax, a longtime provider of dental practice management and imaging software, recently announced three new partnerships for its web-based practice management platform, DentiMax Flow. The additions of Gusto, Mango Voice, and Marea give dental practices an easier path to running payroll, managing patient calls, and automating clinical documentation, all alongside the software they already use to manage their day-to-day operations.
The partnerships reflect DentiMax Flow’s push to cut down on the disconnected tools and workflows dental offices have to juggle. Flow already brings texting, online scheduling/forms, billing, charting, imaging, and insurance management into one browser-based platform for solo practices, groups, and multi-location DSOs. These new relationships extend that consolidation into three areas nearly every practice touches: payroll and HR, phone communication, and clinical documentation.
Gusto brings full-service payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, and hiring tools to DentiMax practices, including automated tax filings, compliance support, and employee benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, helping owners spend less time on paperwork.
Mango Voice adds an AI-powered voice platform built for healthcare practices. It unifies calls, texting, and fax into one system, surfaces patient information the moment a call comes in, and transcribes and summarizes every conversation.
Marea layers AI automation onto a practice’s existing systems. Its Inbound product answers calls, books appointments, and completes patient intake before a patient walks in, while its Documentation tools generate clinical notes, referral letters, and perio charts in real time, all synced back to the practice’s records.
Together, these partnerships let DentiMax Flow customers manage payroll and staffing, patient communication, and clinical documentation without leaving the ecosystem their practice already runs on, cutting down on duplicate data entry and the “tech fatigue” of stitching together too many point solutions.
“Dental practices don’t want more software; they want less friction,” said Alicia Dieujuste, DentiMax Software Managing Director. “Bringing partners like Gusto, Mango Voice, and Marea into the Flow ecosystem lets practices keep the tools they rely on while getting a more connected, less chaotic day-to-day experience.”
DentiMax provides dental practice management software, digital imaging solutions, and dental sensors trusted by thousands of practices across the United States. Its web-based platform, DentiMax Flow, is designed to help single-location practices, growing groups, and multi-location DSOs manage clinical, operational, and financial workflows from a single login.
