Dental Team at Christie & Co expands with new appointment

Tommaso Albonetti

Specialist business property advisor Christie & Co announced on June 20 the expansion of its dental team in London and the South with the appointment of business agent, Shae Preece.

With a degree in real estate from UWE Bristol, Preece has worked in residential property in West London for the last five years, over which time he has been involved in a variety of sales ranging from pied-à-terre studios to impressive large family homes.

He will cover the dental market in London and the South of England in his new role alongside established brokers Steve Darbon, Tony Walker and Jamie Williams. Preece joins the team at a very busy time in the dental market, where there is significant activity across the region, 90% of which is independent market-led and reflective of the wider UK. The team remains optimistic about activity moving into the second half of the year.

“Christie & Co is a company that I have revered for some time and, after a wonderful five years in residential agency, I was looking for the next challenge,” said Shae Preece in a news release

“It was evident to me that the company values align very closely with my own, making it the perfect next step for me,” he said.

Paul Graham, head of dental at Christie & Co said in the news release that Preece “is a valuable addition to our dynamic workforce and his appointment reinforces our growing business in London and the South.”
