Gen4 acquires Kansas practice

Dental service organization committed to doctors and partnering with practices, Gen4 Dental Partners, has acquired Kansas-based Accelerate Dentistry. The acquisition is another in a recent group of sales. Accelerate is a multiple practice platform company and is headed by Dr. Marvin Heinbach, DDS.
Dr. Heinbach is executive leader at Accelerate, brings more than 20 years’ accounting, practice management, and practice transition experience, and founded the Kansas Dental Assistant Institute. Practice co-founder, Jeff Larkin, DDS, also has experience in production strategy and evidence-based clinical care that delivers skill, quality, and improves patient experience.
The combined businesses will "improve the quality of life of every dental professional we support,” said Dr. Heinbach, which aligns with the two company’s ideals to provide support, tools, and resources to achive valuable and quality care.
Gen4 also has acquired Moberly Family Dentistry. The practice is headed by Dr. Michael Berry, DDS, a past President of the Missouri Dental Association.
