Dental service organization committed to doctors and partnering with practices, Gen4 Dental Partners, has acquired Moberly Family Dentistry. The practice is headed by Dr. Michael Berry, DDS, a past President of the Missouri Dental Association, and was founded in 1988.
Berry shared that the partnership was forged allowing the practice will work with Gen4 DSO as the latter can support overall operation of the business, and to provide the opportunity for dental practitioners to focus mainly on clinical dental care.
Gen4 operates differently than some consolidation companies according to the firm. The DSO focuses on providing the financing and operations backing for an existing dental practice while allowing that practice to maintain its dental care activities in the same manner as before consolidation.
