CDA Journal collection explores dentists’ role in medical-dental integration, collaborative health care

The latest collection of the Journal of the California Dental Association discusses the dentist’s role in medical-dental integration and collaborative health care and how this role can help solve serious issues with access to care, improved outcomes and health disparities in an integrated system.

“This Journal collection provides a broad view of the dental profession in the evolving health care ecosystem and the changes in progress that will affect our practices, our patients and our responsibilities to the public,” said Kerry K. Carney, DDS, editor-in-chief.
