Philip K. Weber has joined Sonrava Health as vice president of talent acquisition effective October 2. Sonrava Health is a national family of health and wellness companies—including differentiated dental office brands, dental and vision benefit plans, provider networks, and consumer products and services—focused on quality, value, and innovation.
Mr. Weber comes to Sonrava Health with more than a decade of experience leading talent acquisition teams. Most recently he was director of talent acquisition for U.S. Anesthesia Partners, a leading provider of anesthesia services with 700 inpatient and outpatient locations across the country, where he started as clinical recruitment manager in 2019. Before that he was director of recruiting and operations for Merritt Hawkins, an AMN Healthcare affiliate, where he began his talent acquisition career as physician recruiter.
“We welcome Philip to the Sonrava Health team,” said Daniel D. Crowley, chairman and CEO of Sonrava Health. “His healthcare talent acquisition leadership experience will support our organizational capabilities as we continue to grow.”
“I’m pleased to be part of the Sonrava Health team and look forward to recruiting exceptional talent to support the oral health mission of this dynamic organization,” said Mr. Weber.
Mr. Weber earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from California State University Fullerton and master’s degrees in healthcare administration and business administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
