Sonrava Health Welcomes Philip K. Weber as VP of Talent Acquisition

Philip K. Weber has joined Sonrava Health as vice president of talent acquisition effective October 2. Before that he was director of recruiting and operations for Merritt Hawkins, an AMN Healthcare affiliate, where he began his talent acquisition career as physician recruiter.

“We welcome Philip to the Sonrava Health team,” said Daniel D. Crowley, chairman and CEO of Sonrava Health. “His healthcare talent acquisition leadership experience will support our organizational capabilities as we continue to grow.”

“I’m pleased to be part of the Sonrava Health team and look forward to recruiting exceptional talent to support the oral health mission of this dynamic organization,” said Mr. Weber.

Mr. Weber earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from California State University Fullerton and master’s degrees in healthcare administration and business administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
