Sonrava Health Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Sonrava Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Judd Tirnauer as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective August 11, 2025.

Judd Tirnauer is a strategic and collaborative finance executive with extensive leadership experience across consumer-facing, multi-site organizations, including hospitality, specialty retail, and e-commerce. He has a strong track record of supporting operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience across complex, high-growth businesses. His background spans both publicly traded and private companies, where he has successfully led teams through transformation, organizational change, and financial growth.

Most recently, Judd served as Chief Financial Officer at California Pizza Kitchen, where he played a key role in guiding the organization through a critical transition. Prior to that, he was CFO at Backcountry, where he built high-performing teams and successfully led the company through two transactions.

Earlier in his career, Judd held senior financial roles at several nationally recognized brands. He spent more than a decade at Destination Maternity, where he helped shape the company’s evolution with direct leadership over operations and real estate strategy. He also held key roles at Wet Seal, Real Mex Restaurants, and Black Angus Steakhouse—companies known for their large, multi-location footprints and customer-first business models. Across these roles, Judd earned a reputation for quickly assessing business needs, stabilizing financial systems, and partnering cross-functionally to support growth and enhance the customer experience.
