Grand View Research: Dental services market to exceed $610B by 2030

The global market for dental services is expected to reach $610 billion by 2030, according to a report by Grand View Research, Inc. The market is expected to grow by a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 4.4% between 2022 and 2030, according to the market analysis company.

According to the report, marketing efforts to commercialize dental practices including education camps and online campaigns are contributing to the adoption of more dental services. Rapid urbanization around the world, constant economic growth, and rising disposable income have contributed to the relatively steady growth, according to a news release.

In addition, per capita, consumption expenditure on health care services is likely to significantly increase in the coming years.

In 2021, the segment for dental implants held the top spot, Grand View Research reports. With the R&D in this field, dental implants are now available with better biomaterials, improved designs and surface modifications.

An increased interest from people in improving the aesthetic appearance of teeth through veneers, onlays, inlays, whitening, and crowns adds to the forecasted growth. Cosmetic dentistry is expected to increase at the fastest rate between 2022 and 2030.
