BioHorizons introduced Prolifica™ allogeneic growth factor to its biomaterials portfolio as a new, advanced option for clinicians to support bone healing and regenerate tissue. A naturally occurring blend of allogeneic growth factors, Prolifica is unique to the dental market because of its preservation of the natural biphasic release of proteins.

In this natural biphasic release process, Prolifica delivers an initial surge of proteins and growth factors to support the initiation of the healing cascade. This is followed by a prolonged, sustained release for continued regenerative support. 1
