TruAbutment’s ioConnect Named to 16th Annual Readers’ Choice Top 25 Implant Products

ioConnect has been a game-changer for clinicians in the clinical theater. Gone are the days of having to intraorally scan a bloody field at surgery, on an already exhausted patient. Stage II scans are also simplified and the 3D-printed and milled prosthetics have reached a new level of accuracy.

The innovative ioConnect solution from TruAbutment has been named one of Dentistry Today’s 16th Annual Readers’ Choice Top 25 Implant Products.

After implant fixtures and MUAs are placed, the ioConnects are seated on the MUAs and hand tightened. They are non-hexed and come in different lengths. Arranging them toward the center of the palate shrinks the data set the scanner has to capture, decreasing inherent errors in the scanning process. A mere 5-second scan of the hexagonal demarcations is all you need! TruAbutment’s proprietary software extrapolates the scan data to export the exact implant MUA positions, and readies the designer, for accurate, precise prosthetic designs.

“Improved patient experience and better clinical outcomes drive more profit to your full arch implant dentistry.” — Donnie Murry, DMD, Murry & Kuhn Dentistry (VA)
