Roland DGA Unveils 3.0 mm Zirconia Roughing Tool
Roland DGA has introduced the ZDB-150D-US 3.0 mm roughing tool, developed specifically for full-arch zirconia applications.
Compatible with DGSHAPE’s DWX-53DC and DWX-53D Dry Milling Solutions, the diamond-coated tool is engineered to improve speed and precision in the milling of full-arch cases.
The ZDB-150D-US offers extended tool life and greater resistance to breakage and wear, addressing the challenges commonly associated with zirconia production. By enhancing efficiency and reliability, the new tool supports faster case turnaround and consistent output quality, according to the manufacturer.
This latest release underscores Roland DGA’s continued commitment to providing advanced solutions that meet the evolving demands of digital dentistry.
The DWX-53DC dry dental milling machine features an automatic disc changer and has a redesigned spindle for 3x gripping power. The DWX-53D has an upgraded spindle with 1.9x the gripping power for increased milling efficiency, expanded tool and material capabilities, and Intelligent Tool Control (ITC) efficiency.
