Nordent Expands Line with Innovative Implant-Friendly Titanium Probes

Nordent Manufacturing Inc. continues its legacy of innovation and support for dental professionals by launching its latest advancement: Titanium Implant Probes. These probes set a new standard in dental implant maintenance, delivering precision and durability for ideal patient care.

Crafted from the same titanium used in most dental implants, Nordent’s Titanium Implant Probes support implant maintenance by preserving the integrity of the implant surface. Titanium probes are a versatile alternative to stainless steel probes, streamlining your toolkit by eliminating the need for multiple probe types.

Nordent’s implant-friendly probes are made for lasting visibility, with color-coding applied to the probe tips under extreme temperatures, allowing the color to penetrate the surface. This technique helps preserve marking integrity through repeated use, ensuring long-term readability and accuracy in clinical settings.

In addition to being implant-friendly, each probe is crafted with Nordent’s lightweight DuraLite Round Handle, engineered for ergonomic comfort and featuring a textured finish to reduce glare. With a generous 3/8″ (10 mm) diameter, the handle promotes enhanced tactile sensitivity while helping to reduce hand strain during extended procedures. The exclusive ControlRing design delivers a secure, controlled grip with less finger pressure, minimizing clinician fatigue.

“This addition reflects our commitment to combining innovative materials with thoughtful design to meet the evolving needs of modern dentistry,” said Tim Irwin, vice president, strategic accounts at Nordent Manufacturing Inc.

Created with an ideal balance of strength and precision, titanium probes are a dependable, implant-friendly choice for clinicians seeking both protection and performance.

The Titanium Implant Probes are now available for order through Nordent’s authorized distributors.
