Henry Schein Earns Ethical Company Award

Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC), the world’s largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, has received the 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies recognition by Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.

Recognized since 2012, Henry Schein is one of three honorees in the Healthcare Products industry. In 2025, 136 honorees were recognized, spanning 19 countries and 44 industries.

• Launching Prevention Is Power, a multi-year public health awareness campaign to empower health care professionals with tools and information to educate patients about accessing preventive, integrated health care to improve overall health outcomes.
• Updating Worldwide Business Standards, which reflect today’s environment in the company’s ethical behaviors and actions.
• Issuing Global Principles on Data Protection and Security and the Responsible Use of AI Systems.
• Continuing to nurture a culture in which Team Schein Members can feel engaged and included through programs such as Henry Schein Games, Connection Days, and more.
• Launching a Voice of the Employee continuous-listening program to capture feedback from Team Schein Members on their employee experience and enable ongoing improvement.
