P3 Partners Oral Surgery, one of the fastest-growing oral surgery service organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region, has appointed Dr. J. Marshall Green III, DDS, MDIV, as the organization’s chief clinical officer.

As the chief clinical officer at P3 Partners Oral Surgery and president of Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery, Dr. Marshall Green brings more than 15 years of dental experience and nearly two decades of military leadership to the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier destination for exceptional oral surgery. P3 Partners encompasses leading oral surgery practices, including Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery, Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery, and The Facial Center.

Dr. Green is double board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, with fellowship training in head and neck oncology, facial plastics, and microvascular surgery. A passion for delivering the highest quality, cutting-edge oral healthcare and a dedication to advancing the education and training of doctors and surgeons have been central to his career. During his tenure in the United States Navy, he held roles such as assistant professor and associate program director, focusing on complex facial reconstruction for wounded warriors, service members, and veterans with head and neck cancer at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Dr. Green oversees the administration of P3 Partners’ clinical operations, comprising a stellar roster of world-class oral surgeons, including:

• Dr. John Brock, DDS – A co-founder of MSO&FS and native West Virginian, Dr. Brock is a highly experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon, double board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Laser Surgery. He offers a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including laser, facial and eye cosmetic, advanced facial reconstruction, and surgical correction of congenital deformities. Dr. Brock served in the United States Army as chief of maxillofacial surgery at Bassett Army Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and as commander of the 53rd head and neck surgical team deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
• Dr. James Henderson, DDS, MD – An innovative practitioner of a full suite of oral surgeries, including sophisticated cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, dental implantology, and impacted wisdom teeth. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and received his dental and surgical training from Loma Linda University and the University of Maryland. Dr. Henderson is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Dr. Italo Di Prisco, DDS – Originally from Venezuela and a fluent Spanish speaker, Dr. Di Prisco is an internationally accomplished surgeon with extensive experience across a range of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including facial trauma, tumor and reconstructive surgery, tissue engineering, growth factors, corrective jaw surgery, dental implantology, and advanced ambulatory anesthesia. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, holds a doctorate of dental surgery from the Central University of Venezuela, and received the prestigious faculty award for outstanding patient care at the University of Miami & Jackson Memorial Hospital.
• Dr. Jose Ravelo, DDS – A highly accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has practiced advanced surgical procedures on three continents, Dr. Ravelo is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His specialties include cleft lip and palate, dental implantology, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and maxillofacial trauma. Dr. Ravelo is a native of Venezuela and now resides in Charleston, West Virginia. He is a widely published expert and continues to perform professional teaching and speaking engagements on the international dental lecture circuit.
• Dr. Enrique M. Schubert, DDS – Dr. Schubert’s expertise covers a broad array of complex oral surgical techniques, including dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, bone grafting, and facial trauma reconstruction, with a particular focus on head and neck oncologic and microvascular reconstructive surgery. An internationally recognized oral surgeon from Venezuela, he is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Among his many specialties, Dr. Schubert is recognized for his evaluation, diagnosis, and early recognition of oral diseases and cancers.
• Dr. Amir Marashi, MD, DDS, FACS – Dr. Marashi is the founder and medical director of Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery in Charlotte, North Carolina. Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, he is fully trained in the full scope of contemporary oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and cosmetic facial surgery.
