As the chief clinical officer at P3 Partners Oral Surgery and president of Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery, Dr. Marshall Green brings more than 15 years of dental experience and nearly two decades of military leadership to the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier destination for exceptional oral surgery. A passion for delivering the highest quality, cutting-edge oral healthcare and a dedication to advancing the education and training of doctors and surgeons have been central to his career. During his tenure in the United States Navy, he held roles such as assistant professor and associate program director, focusing on complex facial reconstruction for wounded warriors, service members, and veterans with head and neck cancer at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
