Christie & Co Announces Sale of J Hibbert Dental Surgery

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of J Hibbert Dental Surgery in Crewe, Cheshire.

Established over 50 years ago, J Hibbert Dental Surgery is a two-surgery predominantly NHS dental practice integrated within Crewe’s large medical centre, Eagle Bridge Health Centre.

It has been owned by Dr. Jeremy Hibbert since 1992, who brought the practice to the market to pursue a well-earned retirement.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, the business has been purchased by three experienced operators, Rehan Alam, Nadeem Arif, and Ovais Malik, who have been looking to expand their portfolio of practices across the North West.

Dr. Hibbert will stay on as an associate in the interim to offer a period of transition.
