Successful Sale of Wathen Road Dental Practice Facilitated by Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Wathen Road Dental Practice in Surrey.

Wathen Road Dental Practice is a three-surgery, predominantly private practice with circa 1,847 active patients. The business occupies a prime location in a residential area close to the high street in Dorking, Surrey.

It has been owned by Neil Douglas for a number of years and was brought to market in 2023.

Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker at Christie & Co, the practice has been sold to Aaron Yusuf, who owns a group of four practices in South West London, and his partner, Mo Boga, who will be working in the practice as principal.

“We’re delighted to have completed the sale for Neil,” said Tony Walker, associate director of dental at Christie & Co. “One of the buyers, Aaron, used to work for Neil as an associate in another practice, which will no doubt aid the transition period and ensure the practice continues to thrive. This sale is another example of the strength of demand from first-time and independent buyers.”
