Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS are a breakthrough in the CAD/CAM materials market. Manufactured by using a special advanced patented laser sintering technology, the new Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS have a unique combination of strength and flexibility with a high aesthetic appearance. Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS have the strength of particle infiltrated ceramics (lithium disilicate) without the brittleness of pure ceramics and the flexibility similar of dentin (20 GPa). This, together with the natural high aesthetic appearance that lasts over time. Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS offer an efficient and cost-effective workflow with predictable and reliable results.
The unique combination of strength, flexibility and aesthetics of Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS allows them to be used for a wide range of indications such as crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers. Restorations can be milled to very thin margins while maintaining high edge stability. The homogeneous, glass-like structure of the material gives Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS their natural translucency with light reflections and, after a very short polishing time, a high-gloss surface similar to that of a natural tooth, giving a lasting natural appearance. The milling time is shorter than with other CAD/CAM blocks and the milling burs last longer. No additional firing is required, saving you time and money.
Ceramir CAD/CAM BLOCKS are biocompatible and patient friendly, free from Bisphenol A, non-toxic and cause no irritation to skin or mucosa.
