Spring rebrands to Lumio

Katherine E. Pfaff

Dental partnership organization, Spring Dental, has changed its branding and will now be known as Lumio Dental. Lumio has more than 60 dentistry offices in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.

The company, which has more than 500 employees and offers a wide range of dental services from pediatric, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to oral surgy, implants, endodontics, and prosthodontics, encompasses several brands and saw the need to unite them under an umbrella brand.

“As we continued to grow, we recognized we needed a parent company name to represent all of our regional brands,” said Mike McInelly, co-founder of Spring Dental, now Lumio Dental. “We're excited to have this name grow with us throughout the coming years.”

“We derived the name ‘Lumio’ from the word ‘illumination,’” said Dr. Creed Cardon.  “The name signifies our goal to light the paths of our partners, associates, and team members in both their personal and professional lives.”

The company has more than 25 regional brands which be under the Lumio name as the parent company. Spring Dental will retain its name as one of the regional brand names.
