DentalXChange Expands Executive Team With Key Hires

DentalXChange, a leading provider of revenue cycle management for the dental industry, is proud to announce the expansion of their Executive Leadership Team with Drew Hamilton as Chief Revenue Officer and Lisa Bowser as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. These strategic additions to the Executive Leadership Team reinforce DentalXChange’s commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence in service to its clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Introducing Drew Hamilton – Chief Revenue Officer

Drew Hamilton joins DentalXChange as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare and technology. In this role, Drew leads the company’s revenue-generating teams and drives scalable, efficient growth.

Prior to joining DentalXChange, Drew served as CRO at CentralReach, the leading provider of cloud-based clinical and practice management solutions for autism care. Over three years, Drew and his team increased revenues by 250%. Previously, Drew was CRO of Tebra, a top EMR and practice management platform for independent primary care and behavioral health practices, where he scaled revenues by 400% over six years. Drew also spent 18 years at Teletrac Navman, a pioneer in fleet management technology, serving as General Manager.

Drew holds a B.A. in English Literature from Southern Methodist University.

Welcoming Lisa Bowser – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Lisa Bowser joins DentalXChange as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, where she leads the company’s legal function and provides strategic guidance across all aspects of the business.

We are going to greatly benefit from her more than 20 years of experience working with technology and insurance companies. Lisa has a distinguished record of applying legal expertise, negotiation skills, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to balancing risk and opportunity,” said Paul Kaiser, CEO of DentalXChange.

Before joining DentalXChange, Lisa held a senior in-house counsel position at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Fortune 500 IT services provider, and its subsidiary, TriZetto, for ten years. She also served in in-house counsel roles at Zimmer Biomet in the medical device industry and Gates Corporation, an international industrial and automotive manufacturing company. Lisa began her career in private practice at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, an AmLaw 100 law firm, focusing on Technology Transactions, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.

Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
