Directa Expands ProphyCare® Prophylaxis Paste Range

Directa is pleased to announce the expansion of its well-known ProphyCare® prophylaxis paste line, with the launch of paraben-free single-dose cups, now available across the entire range to meet diverse clinical needs.

The extended product range includes:

  • Paraben-free tubes
  • New paraben-free single-dose cups, available across the full ProphyCare range, including ProphyCare HAp, Directa’s innovative one-step paste containing hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite helps to reduce hypersensitivity.

About ProphyCare®

ProphyCare is one of the world’s most recognized prophylaxis paste brands, trusted by dental professionals globally. Selection of the right paste depends on factors such as the degree of discoloration, presence of exposed dentin or cementum, restorative materials, and areas of demineralisation. The pastes are available in a wide range of grits—from coarse to extra-fine—and are color-coded for easy identification, enabling tailored treatment from extensive plaque and stain removal to final high-gloss polishing.
