CJ Dental Studio Sold to Simply Teeth

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of CJ Dental Studio in Brentwood, Essex.

CJ Dental Studio is a four-surgery, fully private dental practice located on Ongar Road in Brentwood.

Following a confidential sales process led by Tony Walker at Christie & Co, the practice has been purchased by Dr. Saranjit Sihra of Simply Teeth, which now owns three practices in Essex. His colleagues, Dr. Sayka Ahmad and Dr. Amandeep Hunjan, will be working with him at the practice.

Dr. Sihra, owner at Simply Teeth, commented, “We’re delighted to have completed the purchase of the practice, which perfectly complements our existing locations in Hornchurch and Ilford. We’re excited about the potential of the practice.”

Tony Walker, associate director of dental at Christie & Co, added, “It has been a pleasure to secure a sale of the practice for our clients, and great news that it is now part of the Simply Teeth family. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator like Dr. Sihra, and we look forward to seeing the practice continue to grow under his leadership.”

CJ Dental Studio was sold for an undisclosed price.
