Boyds Dental Practice Sold in Leeds

Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Boyds Dental Practice in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Established in 1936, Boyds is a two-surgery, mixed-income dental practice located in Middleton, Leeds.

Following a confidential sales process with Olivia McMaster at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer Fathima Saneej.

“I’m pleased to have bought my first dental practice,” said Fathima Saneej, the new owner of Boyds Dental Practice. “I qualified in India, completed my conversion exam (LDS) in 2018, underwent VTE training, and gained four years of experience as an associate dentist. I always wanted to buy a dental practice and have plans to acquire a few more practices, hopefully soon.”

“It was a pleasure to facilitate the sale of Boyds Dental Practice,” said Olivia McMaster, senior business agent for dental at Christie & Co. “This transaction highlights the strong demand we are seeing for mixed dental practices in the region. The high level of interest and the successful outcome reflect the growing recognition of the value and stability that mixed practices offer. We are delighted to have supported both the seller and the buyer in achieving their goals, and we look forward to assisting more dental professionals in navigating the evolving market.”

Boyds Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
