Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of York House Dental Practice in West Byfleet, Surrey.

York House Dental Practice is a four-surgery private dental practice located in the modern, vibrant Surrey village of West Byfleet.

The practice has been owned by Rashi and Sundeep Soin since 2015 and was brought to market to allow him to focus on his clinical work.

Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer Kaveet Patel.

Sundeep Soin, former owner of York House Dental Practice, comments, “I acquired the business in 2015, recognising strong potential for growth and development. Since then, the practice has grown significantly—we modernised the facilities, introduced a fully computerised system, installed air conditioning, and carried out extensive renovations to enhance the environment and patient experience. I decided to sell due to increasing commitments with other business interests. This is a thriving business with a solid foundation, and I hope it continues to grow and serve the local community successfully.”

York House Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
