Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire Elects New Board Members


Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire announces the election of two new members to its board. Dr. Silvia Huang-Yue and Dr. Matt Marquis will each serve a three-year term, which began on April 11, 2025.

Dr. Huang-Yue is a general dentist at Brar Family Dentistry in Nashua. Previously, she served as a general dentist at Bedford Dental Care. Prior to joining Bedford Dental Care, she established Yue Family Dentistry in Mission Viejo, California.

She received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Marquis practices at Hooksett Family Dentistry and was previously a dental associate at Hampton Family Dental and Salisbury Family Dental. Before joining those practices, he served as managing clinical director at Aspen Dental in Portsmouth.

He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the University of New Hampshire. He was also recognized by the Robert R. Andrews Honor Society for dental materials research and completed an externship with the Winslow Indian Healthcare Clinic as a general dentist.
