Delta Dental Plan of Vermont Elects Megan Sullivan and Ian Davis as Board Trustees


Delta Dental Plan of Vermont announces the election of two new trustees to its board. Megan C. Sullivan and Ian Davis will each serve a three-year term, which began on April 4, 2025.

Sullivan serves as Vice President, Government Affairs for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she held the position of Executive Director for the Vermont Economic Progress Council.

Sullivan received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont. She has been a Franzini Fellow of the Council of Development Finance Agencies, an alumna of Leadership Champlain, and was named a 2023 Rising Star. Actively involved in the community, as an elected Justice of the Peace, she is on the Board of Abatement and the Board of Civil Authority and serves as Governance Committee Chair, Vermont — Board of Directors for the Community Sailing Center in Burlington, Vermont.

Ian Davis is Senior Vice President of Captive Insurance at M&T Bank. Prior to joining M&T, he served as Director of Financial Services for the Vermont Department of Economic Development. Recognized for his leadership in the captive insurance industry, Davis has earned multiple accolades highlighting his contributions and impact within the field. Davis currently holds board positions with the Vermont Captive Insurance Association and PCH Mutual Insurance Company. He previously served on the boards of ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, and the Vermont Business Roundtable.

He is a recipient of a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Vermont
