Innovate 32, a growth-oriented dental services organization, has announced its partnership with Bivens Dentistry (“BD”), a leading provider of dental services in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
Innovate 32 was formed by Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm with offices in Nashville. Under the leadership of CEO Josh Johnson and Innovate 32’s board of directors, Innovate 32 has partnered with leading dental practices throughout the South and Mid-Atlantic. The partnership with BD expands Innovate 32’s presence in Tennessee and network of growth-oriented dentists sharing best practices to deliver superior quality services.
Founded in 2008 by Dr. Shaun Bivens, BD provides a full suite of general dentistry and cosmetic services to patients in the greater Mt. Juliet, TN area. Dr. Bivens has seventeen years of clinical experience providing quality care to his patients, while scaling the practice to serve the needs of the community.
“We found the right partner in Innovate 32 to join a network of dentists that share our vision for premier patient care. Innovate 32’s support and resources will help us better meet the needs of the Mt. Juliet community and beyond,” said Dr. Bivens.
“Partnering with Dr. Bivens and the Bivens Dentistry team advances our mission to provide best-in-class dental services to patients across Middle Tennessee and the South and Mid-Atlantic,” said Josh Johnson, CEO of Innovate 32. “Dr. Bivens and his team’s experience and reputation align with our vision to be the partner of choice across Tennessee and beyond.”
In partnership, BD and Innovate 32 start an exciting chapter in the journey of both companies to grow, deliver clinical excellence, and increase patient satisfaction throughout the region.
