The vibrant Watersound Town Center, located at the entrance to the Watersound Origins community in Inlet Beach, Florida, is set to welcome a new dimension of healthcare with the announcement of Reese Harrison, DMD, opening a state-of-the-art dental office on the center’s second floor.

Amidst the buzz of upcoming additions like Starbucks, Sweet Henrietta’s Bakery, Summer House Lifestyle, Halo Salon & Blowout Bar, Nigel’s Bananas, and Friends 30A Burger Bar, the inclusion of a cutting-edge dental practice highlights the community’s commitment to comprehensive wellness.

The dental office, scheduled to open in conjunction with the multi-tenant building completion in 2024, will bring modern dentistry to Watersound Town Center. Dr. Reese Harrison, a seasoned dental professional, expressed enthusiasm about contributing to the vibrant healthcare landscape of the community.

The continued growth in 2024, with the addition of a dental office, reinforces the center’s role as a holistic destination for shopping, dining, and healthcare.

The new dental practice will join the existing lineup of esteemed establishments at Watersound Town Center, such as Publix Super Market, Publix Liquors, Ascension Sacred Heart, Ambrosia Prime Seafood & Steaks, Capital City Bank, Dermatology Specialists of Florida, and Aqua Medical Spa.

Dan Velazquez, senior vice president of commercial real estate for The St. Joe Company, emphasized that the addition of Starbucks and other new tenants complements those already operating, making Watersound Town Center a popular destination for shopping, dining, medical care, and professional services.

Watersound Town Center currently offers approximately 137,000 square feet of leasable space, along with a covered event pavilion and green space hosting cultural events throughout the year. Excitingly, future plans outline the center’s expansion to include approximately 400,000 square feet of additional space.
