Babylon Dental Care Awards Third Annual BDC Bright Future Scholarship

Babylon Dental Care (BDC) is thrilled to announce the winners of our third annual BDC Bright Future Scholarship, whom we originally unveiled at our team training event at TopGolf in August. In honor of our commitment both to education and the well-being of our staff and their families, we are proud to extend this year’s scholarship to two members of the BDC family: Brenna Lemon and Brendan Conroy.

Brenna Lemon, a dedicated hygiene assistant at our practice, has been awarded the scholarship to aid her continued education in the Dental Hygiene program at Plaza College. Brendan Conroy, son of a valued hygienist Eugenia Conroy, is set to embark on his academic journey at Binghamton University, focusing on Biological Studies with a concentration in pre-medicine. Both recipients were presented with a generous scholarship of $2,500 to support their college aspirations.

“I’m so grateful to work for Babylon Dental Care,” said Brenna. “It means a great deal to work with people that not only appreciate you but also invest in your journey. This scholarship has helped me in my path to becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist and I am so grateful for their recognition and assistance along the way.”

Brendan echoes Brenna’s enthusiasm and appreciation.

“I would like to thank Babylon Dental Care for awarding me this generous scholarship,” Brendan said. “It means a lot to me to get this award because it will give me the much-appreciated assistance towards my tuition expenses. It’s nice to know that Babylon Dental Care is a great organization that looks out for deserving students beginning their college journey. Thank you.”

Babylon Dental Care’s decision to award two scholarships this year stems from our ongoing dedication to its community and family.

“We are so happy to be able to give back to the members of our BDC family because they give so much to us and our community,” said chief operating officer, Jenn Brown. “The annual BDC Bright Future Scholarship embodies our ongoing commitment to fostering education and supporting the dreams of young, aspiring individuals within our own family and the greater Long Island community. We are proud to have found two such deserving individuals so close to home, and wish them well in their studies.”
