Carestream Dental is giving software users the flexibility of virtual training during its Winter Webinar Weeks, the new format of the company’s long-running software users’ meeting. The series of webinars will feature hot topics and tips hosted by industry leaders and Carestream Dental experts at no cost.
According to a news release, the two-week webinar series is open to all oral healthcare professionals, whether a current Carestream Dental software user or not. The event features advanced learnings, CE credits and a live networking session. Attendees can pick and choose from courses on patient engagement, practice security, getting and retaining positive reviews and best practices on managing staff.
In addition to courses covering industry trends, there will be software-specific “Tips for Success” courses on Sensei Cloud, PracticeWorks, OrthoTrac, SoftDent and WinOMS. Recordings will be provided after each class so attendees can review the content at any time.
“Most practices are doing it all — managing a business, engaging with patients and providing the best treatment possible all at once,” said Monica Minore, general manager for software solutions, in the news release. “Going virtual makes the users’ meeting even more accessible for busy teams.”
The event also offers attendees direct access to industry experts, clinical colleagues, software development team members and Carestream Dental software leaders. Questions will be answered live and in real time.
The first course in the series starts Jan. 31 and runs two weeks through Feb. 9. Attendees can choose from nearly 20 course offerings and a live session dedicated to networking to connect with fellow oral healthcare professionals.
There will also be exclusive promotions on practice and patient solutions during the two-week sessions. Register now.
