ADA Webinar: In-office plans can help dental practices offer affordable options for patients

Retaining Patients for Life with Recurring Revenue streams June 14

A free ADA webinar on June 14 will discuss how in-office patient membership plans — also known as direct primary care agreements — are empowering dental practices to compete with traditional dental insurance companies by attracting small businesses and individuals to their office.

Retaining Patients for Life with Recurring Revenue will live stream at noon Central time and offer one hour of continuing education credit.

“Have you ever thought about how you can retain your patients who may not have access to dental benefits for the long run?” said Landon Lemoine, vice president of growth at Bento and presenter of the webinar.

“Dentists will learn how to build loyalty with patients of all ages and retain those patients through all their life events,” Mr. Lemoine said. “With in-office membership plans there are no claims to file, no waiting periods or pre-existing conditions and no interference in the dentist’s planned treatment.”

These plans, which are designed for people who lack dental insurance coverage — for example, retirees or those who are self-employed — are gaining in popularity among patients, Mr. Lemoine said.
