Edra Publishing teams to attend Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting

Teams from Edra Publishing in the U.S. and Italy will connect with dental and industry experts at the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting Feb. 23-25 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Stop by Booth 3929 in the exhibit hall to view our dentistry books, including a new dental business bundle and books covering guided surgery in implantology and a multidisciplinary approach in dentistry. Edra staff can also share what additional books are in the works with publication dates later in 2023.  

Conference organizers reported 16,141 attendees are registered as of Feb. 8, 2023. This includes 4,132 dentists, 1,638 dental assistants and 1,121 dental students. 

Edra Publishing produces Dentistry33, a new international e-journal and digital magazine that provides dentists with worldwide dentistry news and updates. Dentistry33 regularly highlights experts' opinions about everyday clinical problems. 

Over the last 90 days, our news and journal site had 24,000 users, an increase of more than 74%. Over the last year, Dentistry33 had 67,576 new users. 

About the Midwinter Meeting

Billed as one of the top scientific dental meetings in the country, the meeting will feature leading dental speakers presenting unparalleled continuing education and the industry’s top exhibitors. 

Attendees can access more than 240 CE-accredited courses on the latest practice management solutions and evidence-based clinical knowledge. Courses can be purchased a la carte, or, for CDS members and their dental teams, purchased as a lecture package. 

The expansive exhibit floor will feature the latest products in dental innovation for dentists and their teams to test and purchase. Special events will once again provide fun networking experiences, including the new Ice Cream Social & Bargains Thursday, Feb. 23, and the Brews & Bargains happy hour and receptions for early career dentists and dental students on Friday, Feb. 24.
