SprintRay print in-office nightguard resins

Dentistry manufacturer, SprintRay, has launched two new materials for its nightguards which can be printed in a dental office. The new resins allow dentists to design and print two types of occlusal nightguards quickly and with a cloud-based 3-D printer. In addition, the NightGuard Flex and NightGuard Firm offer two types of guards that allow dentists to create the devices quickly and maintain the related revenue within their respective offices. 

"With NightGuard Flex, we're able to provide a comfortable occlusal guard that's easy for the dentist to deliver while being comfortable and flavorless for patient satisfaction. This material has been clinically developed from scratch to help dentists address rising occlusal issues," said Ehsan Barjasteh, head of SprintRay resin development. NightGuard Flex and NightGuard Firm utilize flavorless resin and address dental issues like grinding. Flex uses a pliable resin and can be heat set with a patient and printed on-premises, while Firm provides long-term wear resistance and increased strength.
