Pacific Dental provides up-front tuition funding

DSO, Pacific Dental Services, has started a program to provide complete tuition for a degree. The program, College Advancement Program, offers full payment of tuition up front.

Through a partnership with enterprise education provider, InStride, the employees of PDS, including dental assistants, benefits coordinators, and operations managers to obtain debt-free education as they work full time.

Based on the impact of this program, the company will consider expanding the positions that the program includes.
