The partnership pairs DentKits’ at-home custom dentures with clinical oversight from Dentistry. One’s network of licensed dentists, making dentures convenient and accessible for more Americans.
DentKits, a provider of custom dentures made without the need for a dental office visit, and Dentistry. One, a virtual-first oral health platform, today announced a partnership that provides clinical review and authorization for every DentKits case without requiring patients to set foot in a dental office.
Millions of adults in the U.S. live with full or partial tooth loss, yet traditional denture treatment typically requires multiple in-person visits. For patients with mobility challenges, limited access to dental providers, or cost concerns, those visits are often the barrier that keeps them from getting care at all. This partnership removes that barrier while keeping a licensed dentist at the center of every case.
The entire process starts at home. Patients sign up on the DentKits platform, receive an impression kit, and handle every initial step themselves: taking impressions, providing smile photos, and submitting their medical history. The DentKits team creates the patient record, uploads the case files, and submits the case to Dentistry. One for clinical review. A licensed Dentistry. One dentist then reviews the photos, impressions, and medical history and prescribes full or partial dentures when indicated.
Findings are shared with the patient and the DentKits team through an oral health report. Patients who need additional support after their dentures are delivered can connect with a Dentistry. One dentist through a live video consultation.
“DentKits built its model on a simple promise: skip the office, not the dentist. This partnership puts Dentistry. One’s nationwide clinical network behind that promise. A licensed dentist reviews and prescribes every single case, and patients can connect virtually for anything that comes up down the road. That’s how convenience and clinical quality scale together,” said Brant Herman, co-founder and CEO of MouthWatch and Dentistry.One.
“Some of the most vulnerable people experiencing tooth loss are quietly left behind by the traditional system—kept from a dental office by cost, distance, dental deserts, or mobility. DentKits was built to give them a real pathway to a quality denture, with clinical review and dentist oversight at the heart of how our at-home process works. Partnering with Dentistry. One extends that oversight to every DentKits case, nationwide. Everyone deserves quality denture care—no matter where they live or what they can afford,” said Kevin Early, founder and CEO of DentKits.
For DentKits, the partnership builds professional clinical review directly into its workflow at scale. For Dentistry. One, it extends the platform’s asynchronous review model into one of the fastest-growing categories in direct-to-consumer oral health. When in-person care is needed, Dentistry. One coordinates referrals to local providers, ensuring patients always have a clear path forward. The partnership also reflects a shared belief between both companies: convenience should never come at the cost of clinical quality.
Dentistry. One is a virtual-first oral health platform developed by MouthWatch, Inc., designed to extend oral health access and integrate dental care into broader medical workflows. Services include AI-powered screening through SmileScan™, live video and asynchronous clinical consultations, care coordination, and a collaborative practice hygiene network.
DentKits makes premium, dentist-directed dentures through an at-home process. The company serves people left behind by the traditional system—those kept from a dental office by cost, travel, mobility, lack of insurance, or distance. From its U.S.-based lab, DentKits delivers clinical-quality dentures at a fraction of the cost of traditional treatment, with a licensed dentist reviewing and prescribing every case. Its mission is to ensure everyone has a pathway to quality denture care.
