The worldwide market for soft tissue allografts is forecast to reach $6.6 billion by 2026, according to ResearchAndMarkets, a market analysis firm. The spike would represent a 5.3% CAGR over the 2021 value estimate of $5.1 billion.
Longer life expectancy coupled with aging populations and an increased interest in dental care, whether for health or cosmetic reasons, have bolstered dental products and used as a whole, including the tissue allografts market. At the same time, advancements in dental implants, designs, and related technology have spurred the demand for dental allografts.
The tissue allografts market includes those used in dental and orthopedic surgeries and wound care, including allografts of cartilage, tendon, collagen, meniscus, amniotic, and dental allografts. Dental allografts for replacement teeth may be due to disease or trauma.
